Just saw Andy Taylor's autobiography, and of course I checked the index for "Blondie". Just a paragraph or two about the 1982 tour, and how cool Blondie was to them. He said they didnt hang much with Debbie, but that Jimmy, Chris, and Nigel (!) really knew how to party. He said he probably still owes Jimmy cash from all of that (LOL/ EEEK!)

Has any of the Guys ever done a teeshirt, say like Clem on the drums? or Chris onthe Guiter? i would love a teeshirt with clem on, and one of each of the guys.. i bet they would sell? it would be so cool if they did.

I saw this guy today he was about 16 years old and he was wearing this gorgeous teeshirt that i have not seen before? it was all Black with short sleeves and it was covered with a huge picture of Debbie.. i stoped him and said hey i like your teeshirt!! where did you get it from he went bright red!! poor guy!! hehehe he then said from of the internet, he did say the name but i have forgot.. i said to him have you ever seen them live he said no not yet! i said ohh next time they come go and see them they are awsome!! i said Debbie is brilliant, he said i have just heard there album, and that he is now a fan, so i said ohh you will enjoy them if you go and see them, i said they sound just like there records.. stupied me didnt tell him they are doing a new album in spring followed by a tour, i should have said.. shouldnt i..  but i was in a hurry!! anyway hopefuly this young guy will see them advertise next year.. Oh also when i went into the shoping Mall this moring "Call Me" was blasting through the speakers.. it sounded terrific. hugs sue,

I think this is one of the best cover version of a Blondie track.
The recording is a bit ropey but you can really hear Petes fantastic vocal
