I'm home now. Staying with Brad and Alf and Sean and Dave was great, staying at the Candy Cane Inn was less great but still nce after walking around Disneyland all day.

I didn't have Internet access for most of the second part of the trip so I didn't make very good entires, but rest assured my trip was lots of fun nonetheless. Brad went out with me several times and I got to hear some new Swivek (IUMA site, MP3.com site) material, the best stuff Brad's done yet! Luther and I hung out too, mostly while I was drunk off my ass, and then at Disneyland too. Sean and Dave took me to a lot of cute restaurants in Silverlake, and the DHBISers all hung out at Akbar... I also heard the new Exhibition song called "Laughing In The Face..." which is awesome and a future monster hit.

I spent five days or so with my family too, and that was fun. We'd been talking about going to Disneyland for a long time, now I don't think we'll be going for several years... we're all Disneyed out. Well, *they* are...

It's really nice to be back home, but I needed that two weeks to energize me, inspire me, and take my mind off all the complications that happens in my day to day life. Now I'm ready to start again...

Woke up, realized my flight is TODAY and not tomorrow at 12:45 PM! Lucky it's late in the day (5ish). I should go tell Sean & Dave now...

Went to meet DHBISers at Akbar, also saw My Life Without Me.

We got up early today, checked out of the Candy Cane Inn, and went over to Downtown Disney to buy souveniers. Then they drove me over to Sean and Dave's house in Echo Park. They have a nice old victorrian-type house, actually they have the first floor and someone else lives on the second floor.

Back to California Adventure for the morning, and Disneyland at night. This is our last day here and the kids don't want to leave...

We went back to Disneyland today for a repeat of Pirates, the Haunted Mansion, and a jaunty journey into Toontown. My feet are KILLING ME...

Today the family and I went to California Adventure. Got on Grizzly River Run. Believe them when they say you will get wet! Also got on California Screamin' and prolly will not ever do that ride again. It got me kind of nauseous, and my sister really got sick... to the point she thought she was gonna pass out. :( It was smooth enough, but the head restraints are really hard and I kept hitting my head on them at every turn, not fun...

My family (sister Carol, brother-in-law Sal, neice Zoe [5] and nephews Sal Jr [6] and Julien [3]) came in yesterday, but I didn't meet up with them until today. They thought I was supposed to be at California Adventure, but I was at Disneyland. So today we went to Disneyland again and I skipped the second Gay Day at California Adventure. After yesterday, I didn't want to see another red shirt again!

Today was Gay Day at Disneyland... I went alone and ended up going back and forth between my friends Andy and Richie and my new friend Bruce, who is a friend of my online friend Klavlav and who I'd never met in person before. I ran into him at the Bear restaurant.

Went to Disneyland today with Luther... it was not crowded at all so we got to see a lot.

Stayed home last night and hung out with Brad... for some reason I was really tired. I think all the late nites and running around got to me so I wanted to rest a bit before I took off to Disnayland tomorrow. Still, I have high hopes for tonight...

Last night was fun. Brad and I went to Mickey's to meet his friend KO and her friends. Mickey's is the place where they do the "Cocktails With The Stars" porn star meet and greets, but this night there was supposed to be strippers. Strangely enough there was one lone stripper who only appeared for about 10 minutes the entire time we were there. Maybe he got the night wrong? KO left with friends en route to get donuts and play pool, so Brad and I went to Motherlode again. That was a little more interesting than the last night there. Brad went home early so I went to another bar that was doing karaoke and Luther called. His cell phone had been broken since before I came in, and he finally got it fixed. We went to a couple more places, ate, and then Luther dropped me off at an after-hours party with all these Hollywood kids. Met a nice guy named Mark with a shaved head and a tattoo of a sun on the back. Got home at 7:30 AM, slept until 2:30 PM. Got dressed, walked over to LA Buns again for a burrito, went for a walk around the neighborhoods (lots of hills), made phone calls, and now I'm back at Brad's and he just got home from work...
